Flair Sleeve Abaya

Here is my first pattern to share. I made the abaya pattern simular to Imatu's instructions so you will not get confused. I made this one for my daughter last year. It is very easy to make and much nicer than the pictures show. All you need to do is click and print for you use. (The color of pictures on the first page messed up and will soon be fixed, inshallah)

  1. As Salaamu Alaikum sis,

I found this site and Alhamdulillah it is exactly what I was looking for. I was wondering if you could help me. I am looking to learn how to sew to make Islamic clothing for me and my family to save money insha allah but I don't know where to start. I wanted to know if you were going to continue to post different patters here and if you could help this beginner. I don't even know a good sewing machine for me to get. Please help
    Thank you

  2. Wallakum Salam,

Alhumdillilah, I am glad this benefits you and other sisters. I see you have joined the yahoo group "muslimsisdesign". I suggest anyone who needs help or guidance in their sewing endeavors to join us there. I answered your questions in the group. I know it has been awhile since I posted here but I intend to continue posting, inshallah.
